Q. What is a claim?
A. A claim occurs when a member submits a request for refund on expenses associated with their automobile on company approved form, supported by verifiable proof of purchase (i.e. paid invoices or receipts).
Q. What can I claim?
A. You can claim any common expenses associated with motor vehicle ownership.
Q. When can I begin to claim an auto expense refund?
A. Existing registered members may begin claiming at anytime. New members are required to be in the program for 90 days before refund proceeds are paid.
Q. How many vehicles can I register in the Auto-Pal USA membership program?
A. Currently we only accept one vehicle per registered member. However, our customer care representative will advise on registering more than one vehicle to the program.
Q. Can I claim for vehicles I own but are not registered in the program?
A. No. You may only claim on vehicles you registered in the program.
Q. How many claims am I allowed?
A. This program allows you five (5) claims per vehicle per year. Multiple items can be claimed on one submittal.
Q. Are commercial vehicles allowed?
A. No.
Q. How long after one claim can I submit a request for another?
A. This action is the sole possession of the active member.
Q. How long will it take to receive payment after a claim is made?
A. This will take approximately 30-60 days.
Q. How much will I be refunded after a claim is made?
A. You are refunded a percentage of the total claim made, which ranges between 8% and 10+%. Typically the longer one remains an active member, the higher the yield.
Q. Is there an age requirement to join this program?
A. Yes. You must be eighteen years or older.
